1. Agreement and scope
These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LockFlare Corp, a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("LockFlare," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the LockFlare website at lockflare.com (the "Website"), including its content, the account and licensing pages, and the software downloads it offers. By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms.
2. The product is governed separately
These Terms do not govern your use of the LockFlare Lens application or LockFlare Cipher. The applications, the engines and all related services are governed by the license agreement presented to you within the application. In the event of any conflict regarding a product, the in-application agreement controls.
3. Accounts and licenses
An account created on the Website is yours to keep. Server licenses issued through the Website are bound to one IP address and to the Lens security key that requested them, for the term stated at issue. Paid licenses are charged through Stripe at the price shown before you confirm. Credits for licenses released before their end are held on the account and are not refunded in cash.
4. Website content
The Website and its content — including text, design, graphics, screenshots, logos and documentation — are the intellectual property of LockFlare Corp or its licensors. You may view and download content for your own evaluation of LockFlare. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
5. Trademarks
LockFlare and the LockFlare flame mark are trademarks of LockFlare Corp. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Software downloads
The Website provides the LockFlare Lens application for download. The application is licensed, not sold, and its use is subject to the in-application license agreement. Downloads are provided "as is" for installation on supported systems; you are responsible for verifying suitability for your environment.
7. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to probe, scan or disrupt the Website, to scrape it at scale, or to misrepresent your affiliation with LockFlare. Reading the Website with automated tools for search indexing or answering questions about LockFlare's products is welcome.
8. Informational content; no warranty
Website content is provided for general information about LockFlare and is subject to change without notice. While we work to keep it accurate, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product capabilities, pricing and compliance information displayed on the Website are summaries; contractual terms are those in your executed agreements with LockFlare.

The Website may link to third-party sites, including payment processors and software repositories. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
10. Limitation of liability
