There is no support desk between you and the people who build Lens and Cipher. A question about a feature, a server Lens will not read, licensing for a fleet bigger than the free ones cover, a school or a non-profit, or Cipher for your own servers — one form, one address, an answer from an engineer.
What to expect
A reply within a working day, from a named person, on the thread you started. If the answer needs a screen, we send the screen.
Security reports. Same address, "security" in the subject; we reply from a signed account and keep you posted until it is fixed.
Cipher. Tell us what you deploy, where, and to whom. It is licensed on request, to companies we have spoken with.
